TERMS

Thank you for your interest in NEET-O-RAMA, Selling the past since 1976. We accept the following mehtods of payment: credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover).

As an Amazon.com associate store, we also accept the 1-click payment system on our zSHOPS and auction locations. As well as other Amazon features.

We also accept checks(Obviously checks must clear before shipping).   We also accept TRAVELLERS CHECK, Bank Checks and Certified Funds and Money Orders.

We Also accept lay aways for time paymnts. 25% down, as a deposit, and the balance due within a month of that date. Payment and payment method as agreed to by both parties.  Items left on hold for any longer period without an agreement may result in the buyer losing deposit.

Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer unless a different set of circumstances has been agreed to.  Shipping costs will be a minimum of $3.50 per item to actual shipping costs.  Buyer will be billed for shipping as an additional amount.

Buyer agrees to pay any taxes, local or otherwise.

Items and goods listed here and on display in our store (both real and virtual) are offered for sale in an "AS IS" condition. Prices have been established based on many factors (store history, demographics, current trends, condition, availability and desireability).

Dealers requesting an industry discount must qualify.  We must have a NJ Sales Tax ST 3 form, signed and filled out properly and in our possession to qualify.   We also require a Copy of their sales tax certificate and a business card must accompany this application.

To apply for a refund we must have good cause and a justifiable reason for the complaint.  Such as "goods sold not as described" We require that application for a refund be in written form via mail, fax or email.  Submitted within 24 hours of merchandise receipt. Buyer again pays shipping.

NOT RESPONSIBLE for any typographical errors in print or in any electronic transmission.

Discounts, Sale Terms, coupons, etc. cannot be combined in any circumstance, nor can they be applied to items clearly labeled as "SALE" or on goods noted as "wholesale". There are no futher discounts to a bonafide "dealers" on "SALE or WHOLESALE" items.

We reserve the right to change the price of any listed item at any time without any notice.

We also reserve the right to withdraw from sale any item at any time again, without notice.
